REJOICE JOYCE JOYCE (FOR JOHN'S RETIRING)

His career spanned three decades and more,
And encompassed big projects galore.
To the days of the DAC
John can now look far back,
Or ahead to what future's in store.

There were projects like REGIS, you see,
That used such advanced technology,
If you twiddled one bit
In the database, it
Required no input from Kathy Lee.

Now retired, John will bike up some hill,
Or coast down one --- that sounds better still.
As his doctor has found,
He's so medically sound,
That we're sure he won't miss the one PIL.
